Good afternoon, 12s. Here's a look at what's going on out there and any news you might have missed, about your Seattle Seahawks this week.

The Weekly John Schneider Show

During this week's Seattle Sports' John Schneider Show, Seahawks general manager/president of football operations John Schneider was joined by Nolan Teasley, assistant general manager of the Seahawks. The two discussed signing quarterback Drew Lock, final touches to the draft board and more.

Earlier this week, the Seahawks added a familiar face to their quarterback room by signing Drew Lock, who was with the Seahawks from 2022-2023.

On the show, Schneider said, "I think it's a great situation. We have four guys that we really like."

Adding that Schneider, head coach Mike Macdonald and Lock met in Fort Lauderdale last month while they were there for the league meetings.

"Drew wanted to come back. He's loved in this building. He had a great experience here."

And with the draft next week, Schneider emphasized, "It doesn't preclude us from doing anything in the draft either."

Leslie Frazier Enters Lowndes County Hall of Fame

Seahawks assistant head coach Leslie Frazier is from Columbus, Mississippi, where he grew up playing football, basketball and baseball in school, Stephen D. Lee High School. And now, Frazier is set to enter his hometown's inaugural class of the Lowndes County Sports Hall of Fame. After high school, Frazier went on to play college football at Alcorn State, and then played for five seasons with the Chicago Bears.

His coaching resume is long with stops with the Eagles, Bengals, Colts, Vikings, Buccaneers, Ravens, Bills and Seahawks.

On being set to enter the Hall of Fame in his hometown, Frazier told The Dispatch, "When I think about my grandmother raising myself and my two younger brothers, and how challenging it was some days, to now be honored in my hometown, it's very special to be a part of the inaugural class. Just very grateful, very thankful, and I'm always thinking about my hometown wherever I go. I want to represent Columbus in the right way."

Richard Sherman and Shaun Alexander To Announce Draft Picks in Green Bay

Next week, Seahawks fans will recognize two familiar faces announcing draft picks for Seattle on Day 2 of the NFL Draft in Green Bay. Seahawks Legends Richard Sherman and Shaun Alexander will each announce a pick for the Seahawks. Alexander will be in Green Bay celebrating the 25^th anniversary of the 2000's draft class and Sherman will be helping the league with programming during the show.
