The Seahawks' Week 15 game at the Los Angeles Rams has been postponed, and will now be played on Tuesday at 4 p.m., the league announced Friday.
The game is being moved due to the COVID-19 outbreak affecting the Rams, who as of Thursday had placed 25 players on the reserve/COVID-19 list. The Seahawks currently have two players on the COVID-19 list.
Moving the game will create a short turnaround for the Seahawks, who host the Chicago Bears in Week 16, meaning they'll only have four days between games.
The NFL also moved Saturday night's game between Cleveland and Las Vegas, as well as Sunday's game between Philadelphia and Washington due to outbreaks affecting the Browns and the Washington Football Team.
"We have made these schedule changes based on medical advice and after discussing with then NFLPA as we are seeing new, highly transmissible forms of the virus this week resulting in a substantial increase in cases across the league," the NFL said in a statement.
