Renton, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks 2024 schedule was announced this evening by the National Football League. It features four prime-time games for the second-consecutive season, two on Thursday, one each on Sunday and Monday, and three 10 a.m. starts. This season, NFC teams play nine home games, as the two conferences alternate the extra home game since the 17-game schedule was introduced in 2021.

Aiming to return to the postseason for the 11th time in 15 seasons during president of football operations/general manager John Schneider's tenure, the Seahawks will play eight games against 2023 playoff teams, including home games vs. Super Bowl LVIII runner-up San Francisco 49ers and top-five offenses in Buffalo and Miami.

Opening at home for the third-consecutive year, and the 10th time since the 2000 season, Seattle hosts the Denver Broncos on Kickoff Weekend (9/8) for the second time in three seasons before traveling to New England (9/15) for its first of three 10 a.m. kickoff starts in Week 2. The Seahawks have won 16 of their last 21 early kickoffs while also posting a 16-6 record, including playoffs, in the eastern time zone since 2018.

The Miami Dolphins visit Lumen Field for the first time since 2016 in Week 3 (9/22) before Seattle heads east to face the Detroit Lions (9/30) in its lone appearance on Monday Night Football, where Seattle holds an NFL-best 30-12 record on Monday nights. It will be the fifth meeting in the last seven years between the teams and third-consecutive year visiting the Lions.

After alternating home/away games in September, the Seahawks open a stretch with four of their next five games at Lumen Field before their Week 10 Bye Week (11/10). The Seahawks face the N.Y. Giants (10/6) and then open NFC West division play on Thursday Night Football vs. San Francisco (10/10) on a short week. Following a road trip to Atlanta (10/20), the Seahawks host the Buffalo Bills (10/27) and the L.A. Rams (11/3) in Week 9.

The Seahawks remaining schedule features five of their last eight games on the road, facing four division opponents with three of those games on the road. Coming off the Bye Week, Seattle has three of four on the road; at San Francisco (11/17), home vs. Arizona (11/24), at the N.Y. Jets (12/1) and at Arizona (12/8), facing the Cardinals for the second time in three weeks.

Seattle finishes the season with three-straight weeks of NFC North opponents, hosting Green Bay (12/15) and Minnesota (12/22) before traveling to Chicago (12/26) for its second short week of the season. The Seahawks have never played on Christmas Day, but have been on a road trip during Christmas; the last spending Christmas Day in Tampa Bay in 2010. The 2024 schedule concludes at the L.A. Rams, with the day and time to be announced by the NFL at the conclusion of Week 17.

Preseason and regular season games can be heard on Seattle Sports 710AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM. Preseason games will be televised on KING 5, with the opener on KONG. For markets outside the Puget Sound area, check Seahawks.com for a list of Seahawks television and radio network affiliates.
