RENTON, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks announced today the 2024 preseason broadcast and network information. The team's August 10 preseason game at L.A. Chargers will be televised on KONG. The team's August 17 game at Tennessee and August 24 home game vs. Cleveland will air on KING 5, the official local television partner of the Seahawks. All games can be heard on the Umpqua Bank Radio Network, Seattle Sports 710AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM.
Returning as the Seahawks' television play-by-play announcer for the second season is Kate Scott. Scott has an extensive background in sports, including play-by-play for the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers, Learfield on its national college football package, as well as calling football and various other sports for the Pac-12 Network. Scott is the only woman to have done play-by-play for the NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA CFB, and the Olympics.
Joining Scott on the television broadcasts will be Seahawks Legends Michael Robinson and Michael Bennett, who return for their third seasons as analysts. Seahawks Legend Cliff Avril will be joining the analyst group this season in his Seahawks television debut. Avril played defensive end for the Seahawks from 2013-18 and was a member of the Seahawks Super Bowl XLVIII championship team. He accumulated 74 sacks over a 10-year career and was named to the Pro Bowl following the 2016 season.
On the Umpqua Bank Radio Network, Steve Raible and Dave Wyman will call the action with Jen Mueller as the sideline reporter. Michael Bumpus hosts the Seahawks pre and postgame shows with Seahawks Legends Paul Moyer, Ray Roberts and Bryan Walters.
