The Seahawks climbed to 4-2 on Sunday, scoring a 20-10 division win over the Arizona Cardinals. Episode 12 of The Sound's second season, 'Coming of Age,' takes us back to Seattle's Week 7 loss to the Bengals and through last week's win.

Seattle's road loss to the Bengals snapped a three-game win streak, but it also served as a statement game for the Seahawks against a formidable opponent. Coordinator Clint Hurtt's defense held Cincinnati under 250 total offensive yards (214), sacking quarterback Joe Burrow three times and allowing just 46 rushing yards. The Sound takes us through the highs-and-lows of the contest, as Seattle's restricting the Bengals to three second-half points isn't enough. The episode transitions to Seattle back at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, as they look to regroup ahead of facing Arizona at home.

Last year, Johannson received a video message and autographed jersey from wideout DK Metcalf while hospitalized for 351 days. Now, the cameras capture his visit to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center to meet the Ole Miss alum in-person. Linebacker Bobby Wagner and head coach Pete Carroll tag along to share a moment with the awestruck young 12 as they surprise Johannson with the news that he'd be waving the flag. Carroll discussed naming Johannson an honorary team captain and being an inspiration.

"To come across Gus," said Carroll. "At the end of the day and to be reminded about the story and all of that. And to see him so vibrant, so ready for the moment of being here with us, but also just living life - it was really rewarding to see that."

Episode 12 takes us through the win, as the league honors those in the fight against cancer as part of the Crucial Catch initiative. Seattle's defense shines again against the Cardinals, extending their streak of holding opponents under 250-total-yards (249) to three games. Episode 12 gives exclusive looks at the offense, as running back Kenneth Walker III records his first 100-yard game (105) of the season, and a pair of rookies step up at wideout. Fans get a look at receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba's first-career score - and Jake Bobo's circus toe-tap catch for career touchdown No. 2.

Coach Carroll serves as the primary interview subject for the episode. The 71-year-old discusses his team's performance in Week 8 in front of a rocking crowd at Lumen Field.

"It was an extraordinary atmosphere," said Carroll. "It was just like I remember the playoff games in the past. It's a beautiful thing for our young players to see what it's like and what it can be like. We're trying to stack these wins, so that we build this momentum for us as well as the 12s. I'm hoping we can continue to do that."

The Seahawks practiced on a sunny afternoon at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Thursday, October 26, while wearing their highly anticipated throwback gear.
