Thursday Practice Report: Seahawks Approaching Full Health Ahead of Sunday's Game at Dallas Cowboys

Practice participation for injured Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys players ahead of their Week 8 game.

The second practice report of Week 8 features five Seahawks who missed last week's win over the San Francisco 49ers to injury who are now listed as full participants.

Center Patrick Lewis (ankle), defensive tackles Demarcus Dobbs (shoulder) and Jordan Hill (quadriceps), linebacker Nick Moody (ankle), and fullback Derrick Coleman (concussion) worked out in full on Thursday. The entire group was listed as limited on Wednesday, so it's a step in the right direction when it comes to their availability for Sunday's game against the Cowboys in Dallas, where Seattle coach Pete Carroll expects to have a "really full roster to choose from."

Running back Thomas Rawls (calf), who got hurt in Seattle's win over San Francisco, took part in Thursday's practice on a limited basis after sitting out on Wednesday. Starting running back Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) was a full participant after taking Wednesday off in what now appears to be a rest day. Left tackle Russell Okung (toe) was limited Thursday after being listed as a full participant on Wednesday. Michael Bennett was the only Seahawk to watch Thursday's practice from the sideline, though his non-participation wasn't injury related, likely signaling a rest day for the veteran defensive end.

For the Cowboys, wide receiver Dez Bryant was a limited participant for the second straight day in what was just his second practice since fracturing his foot in the Cowboys' regular season opener. First-string running back Joseph Randle sat out for the second day in a row and Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said he doesn't anticipate Randle seeing play time this week. That gives way to Darren McFadden, who racked up 152 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries in last week's loss to the New York Giants, as the team's starting running back against Seattle. Dallas also has former Seahawks running backs Christine Michael and Rod Smith on their roster.
