The Seahawks' second practice report of the week is out and not much has changed from what the team released one day ago.
Defensive linemen Demarcus Dobbs (concussion) and Jordan Hill (toe), who each suffered injuries in Seattle's Week 12 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers and missed this past Sunday's win over the Minnesota Vikings as a result, sat out for a second consecutive day. Defensive ends Cliff Avril (not injury related) and Michael Bennett (not injury related), meanwhile, were sidelined for rest purposes on Thursday.
For the Ravens, tight end Maxx Williams (concussion) was a full participant after practicing in limited fashion on Wednesday, offensive tackle Rick Wagner (ankle) and defensive tackle Brandon Williams (shoulder) saw limited work after sitting out yesterday, and quarterback Matt Schaub (chest) was sidelined for the second day in a row.
If Schaub can't play this Sunday, the Ravens will likely turn to third-string signal caller Jimmy Clausen, who's listed as Schaub's backup. The Seahawks already won a game against Clausen this year when he started for the Chicago Bears in place of an injured Jay Cutler in Week 3 at Seattle's CenturyLink Field. Clausen quarterbacked Chicago in a 26-0 defeat that day, completing 9-of-17 passes for 63 yards. He was released by the Bears in late November and claimed by the Ravens after starting quarterback Joe Flacco was placed on injured reserve.
