Thursday Round-Up: Packers WR Davante Adams Lists Richard Sherman Among The Toughest Corners He's Faced

Packers wide receiver Davante Adams listed Richard Sherman among the five toughest cornerbacks he’s faced since entering the NFL in 2014.

Good afternoon, 12s.

Here's a look at what's out there for today — Thursday, December 7 — about your Seattle Seahawks:

Davante Adams' Toughest Corners

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams went through the five toughest cornerbacks he's faced since entering the NFL in 2014 in a contributing article for The Players' Tribune.

Listed with Minnesota cornerback Xavier Rhodes because of physicality, Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman made Adams' list with Arizona's Patrick Peterson, Green Bay's Sam Shields and Denver's Aqib Talib.

Here's a short blurb from Adams' explanation as to why he picked Sherman:

*Then you have Richard Sherman, who is a smart, instinctive corner. He's 6' 3", so he has length that you don't normally see in a cornerback. He also tracks the ball well and has great ball skills because he played receiver in college. So when the ball is in the air, he basically turns into a receiver. He's by far one of the best in the league at picking balls off. *
