Thursday Round-Up: Richard Sherman Listed At No. 2 In NFL.com's Week 10 Cornerback Rankings

NFL.com ranked the top cornerbacks heading into Week 10 of the season.

Good afternoon, 12s.

Here's a look at what's out there for today — Thursday, November 9 — about your Seattle Seahawks:

Ike Taylor's Week 10 Cornerback Rankings

Former NFL cornerback and current NFL Network analyst Ike Taylor released his cornerback rankings for players at the position for Week 10 of the NFL season.

Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman checked in at No. 2 on the list behind Washington's Josh Norman. Sherman and the Seahawks face the Arizona Cardinals tonight on Thursday Night Football were he could be matched up a lot against future Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald.

Here's why Taylor put Sherman at No. 2 and how he believes he'll perform against the Cardinals:

*When other members of the secondary faltered, Sherman performed to his ability against Kirk Cousins and Co., giving up two receptions on three targets for 23 yards, per Next Gen Stats. Sherman, who's allowing a passer rating of 69.1 this season, should provide similar returns this week in the desert, if he's even targeted at all. *
