A daily link round-up of what's "out there" about the Seattle Seahawks.

Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Thursday, May 26 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Two Seahawks Named To SI's 'Fittest 50'

With the help of coaches and fitness experts, Sports Illustrated set out to find the world's fittest athletes, judging individuals based on strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexiblity, and skill in his or her respective sport to determine the 50 most-fit male and female athletes in the world.

Two Seahawks - quarterback Russell Wilson and strong safety Kam Chancellor - appeared on SI's list of the 50 fittest men, with Wilson checking in at No. 36 and Chancellor at No. 14, the second-highest ranked NFL player on the list to Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt (No. 13).

Here's what SI had to say about each Seattle player, two of 11 NFL athletes to appear in the Top 50:

Russell Wilson, No. 36

The 27-year-old quarterback is only 5'11" but weighs 215 pounds and has legs that are built like tree trunks. Wilson's strength makes him a dual-threat on the field, both in the air and on the ground, and he keeps up his conditioning through pool workouts, cone drills and more.

Kam Chancellor, No. 14

Super Bowl champion, four-time Pro Bowler and the Seahawks' top playmaker, Chancellor can deliver punishing hits on the field, thanks to a disciplined regimen. The 6'3", 232-pound strong safety has taken his fitness addiction one step further by teaming up with trainer Kevin Allen to create the training program Form by Force. Now Chancellor can add women's boot camp instructor to his résumé.
