The Seahawks will again be without Alex Collins when the host the Lions on Sunday, with the running back inactive due to an abdomen injury that had him listed as questionable on Friday's injury report.
Also out due to injury, as expected, is right tackle Brandon Shell, who has a shoulder injury that Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said could keep him out for rest of the season.
With Shell out, rookie Jake Curhan is expected to start his fourth straight game in place of Shell, who has missed time both with the injury and due to stint on the COVID-19 list.
In addition to those injury absences, the Seahawks will also be without left guard Damien Lewis and cornerbacks Sidney Jones IV and Bless Austin, all of whom are on the reserve/COVID-19 list. With Jones and Austin both out, John Reid is likely to start for the second week in a row, having last week filled in for D.J. Reed while he was on the COVID-19 list.
Offensive lineman Jamarco Jones is active after being added to the roster from injured reserve on Saturday.
The Lions will be without starting quarterback Jared Goff, who was listed as doubtful with a knee injury. Tim Boyle will start for the second week in a row in Goff's place.
