• Saw first action of 2023 vs. Cleveland (10/29/23) on special teams and at wide receiver after being activated from injured reserve (11/11/23). Battled injury throughout season, playing only six games.
• Tied for fourth on the team with seven special teams tackles. Part of Seattle's productive rookie class which finished second in the NFL with a combined 4,868 offensive and defensive snaps played.
COLLEGE: After COVID-19 wiped out Lenoir-Rhyne's 2020 season, in an abbreviated 2021 spring season, Young had 14 catches for 218 yards and two touchdowns. A knee injury limited him to five games as a senior, but in those games he had 303 yards and four touchdowns on 25 catches, giving him 1,176 yards and 16 touchdowns on 73 career catches in 43 career games played. Young also finished his college career with 88 rush attempts for 658 yards and eight touchdowns Against Tusculum in the SAC Championship, Young went off for nine catches and 166 yards with one touchdown. The 166 yards represented the 10th most in a single game in the 101-year history of LR Football and the fourth-most in the NCAA Era (1993-current).
PERSONAL: Attended Middle Creek High. Recorded 29 catches, 502 yards and five touchdowns and only had three losses in his career. Earned Academic All-Conference honors.
