COLLEGE: Played three seasons at Mississippi (2019-21) and two seasons at UCF (2022-23). Played in 52 career games (29 at Mississippi and 23 at UCF) with 33 starts (10 at Mississippi and 23 at UCF). Completed 464 of 760 passes (61.1%) for 5,838 yards and 34 touchdowns. Rushed for 2,556 yards on 453 carries (5.6 avg.) and 28 touchdowns. Garnered Freshman All-America recognition from The Athletic at all-purpose position as a true freshman in 2019 at Mississippi, and named to 247Sports True Freshman All-American team. Set Mississippi freshman rushing record with 1,023 yards as well as total touchdowns with 16 (four passing, 12 rushing). His 1,023 rushing yards shattered the Mississippi record by a quarterback, passing Jeremiah Masoli's 544 rushing yards in 2010. Also played baseball for Mississippi and UCF.
PERSONAL: Was the Mississippi Class 6A High School Offensive Player of the Year as prep senior in 2018. Led Oak Grove to South State Championship and runner-up finish in 2018 state title game. Threw for 5,430 yards with 51 touchdowns and 19 interceptions throughout high school career.
