COLLEGE: Started his career at the College of San Mateo (2020-21) before enrolling at Oregon State (2022-23), where he appeared in 23 games for the Beavers. Finished his collegiate career with 108 total tackles (72 solo), 22 passes defensed, seven interceptions and 4.5 tackles for loss. Was a two-time honorable mention All-Pac 12 (2022-23). Phil Steele All-Pac 12 third-team. Playing in 10 games during the 2023 season, he registered 37 tackles, seven passes defensed, 1.5 tackles for loss and one interception, including a season-high eight tackles (seven solo) at Colorado and a 67-yard pick-six against UCLA, earning Player of the Week and second-consecutive honorable mention All-Pac 12 honors. Started 10 of 13 games in 2022, finishing with 45 tackles (28 solo), 11 passes defensed, three inteceptions, tackles for loss and one sack. Across two years at the College of San Mateo (2020-21), he accumulated 26 tackles (20 solo) and three inteceptions.
PERSONAL: Attended Wilcox (Santa Clara, Calif.) High and was named League Defensive Player of the Year, earning All-County and first-team All-CCS honors over the course of his high school career. Nicknamed "Bump," by his father. Majored in public health.
