Klint Kubiak: "I'm Really Fortunate To Be A Seattle Seahawk"

The Seattle Seahawks introduced Klint Kubiak as their new offensive coordinator. Head coach Mike Macdonald praised Kubiak's character, passion, and scheme expertise. Kubiak emphasized the importance of a physical, balanced offense that can win in multiple ways. He highlighted Geno Smith's toughness and ability to win in the 4th quarter as key strengths. Kubiak plans to utilize an outside zone running scheme while adapting to personnel strengths. He aims to maximize players like DK Metcalf and Kenneth Walker III. The coaching staff will focus on fundamentals and being excellent teachers as they install the new offense. Kubiak brings experience from his time with the Vikings and Saints, and is joined by new hires John Benton (offensive line coach) and Andrew Janocko (quarterbacks coach).
