The Seahawks improved to 2-0 on Sunday with a 23-20, overtime win over the New England Patriots, a victory highlighted by a standout performance by quarterback Geno Smith and receivers DK Metcalf and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and some big late-game moments on defense and special teams.

Here are 12 numbers of note from Sunday's win over the Patriots:

9

Game-winning drives in the fourth quarter or overtime led by Geno Smith since he took over the starting job in 2022, including Sunday's winning drive in overtime. Smith, who led the league with five game-winning drives last season, also led a drive late in regulation to set up the tying field goal.

33

Passes completed by Geno Smith on 44 attempts, a single-game career high for Smith. Smith's total of 327 passing yards was the eighth highest of his career, and the Seahawks needed all of those yards on a day the running game never got going.

842 & 9,139

Completions and passing yards for Smith during his Seahawks career, totals that after Sunday's game both rank fifth in franchise history behind Russell Wilson, Matt Hasselbeck, Dave Krieg and Jim Zorn. Smith's 57 touchdown passes also rank fifth behind those four longtime Seahawks starters.

2

Seahawks receivers, DK Metcalf (10 catches, 129 yards) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (12 catches, 117 yards), who had at least 10 catches and 100 yards in Sunday's game, marking the first time in franchise history two pass-catchers have eclipsed both of those marks in one game.

117

Receiving yards for Jaxon Smith-Njigba, a career high, as were his 12 receptions. Smith-Njigba became the first Seahawks pass catcher other than Metcalf or Tyler Lockett with a 100-yard game since Doug Baldwin in 2018.

129

Receiving yards for DK Metcalf, giving him 13 100-yard games in his Seahawks career. With 5,490 career receiving yards, Metcalf now ranks second in team history for receiving yards in a player's first six seasons, trailing only Steve Largent, who had 6,041.

8

Quarterback hits for defensive lineman Leonard Williams in his first two games, the second most in the NFL behind Lions edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson, who has nine. Williams also added 1.5 sacks in Sunday's win.

2.0

Sacks made by Boye Mafe in his first two games, just one measure of how well Mafe has played in Seattle's first two games while recording nine tackles, three tackles for loss and four quarterback hits.

1

Blocked kick in his career, at any level, for Julian Love, whose blocked field goal late in Sunday's game played a big role in Seattle's win.

5

Field goals made, in as many attempts, by kicker Jason Myers through two games. Myers' three field goals on Sunday included the game-tying kick at the end of regulation, and the game-winner in overtime. Myers is also 4 for 4 on extra points.

125

Net passing yards allowed by the Seahawks against the Patriots, giving them a two-game total of just 257 passing yards allowed, tied for second fewest in the league.

11

Yards gained by Patriots tight end Hunter Henry on one catch in the second half, a sign of the Seahawks defense's ability to make adjustments after he had seven catches for 98 yards in the first half.
