Seahawks safety Jamal Adams was taken to the locker room and will not return to the game after being evaluated for a concussion after being kneed in the head during a tackle. Guard Phil Haynes also will not return to the game with a calf injury.
Guard Damien Lewis is questionable to return with an ankle injury. Nose Tackle Jarran Reed is questionable to return with a shin injury.
Quarterback Geno Smith returned to the game in the third quarter after getting his knee looked at by medical staff.
