Blitz the Seahawk is all about giving back, and his latest effort features a special campaign called Kicks4Kids starting August 30. Blitz will start at the state line and travel across Washington State, ending his journey right at Lumen Field on September 3. Kicks4Kids will help raise monetary donations that will be used to purchase shoes for organizations supporting kids and families in the Seattle/Tacoma area as well as communities across the U.S. The goal is to raise $300,000 to purchase and donate 3,000 pairs of shoes to those in need just in time for back to school. To help promote awareness Blitz will travel over 300 miles on his scooter across the state of Washington. Blitz's scooter averages 12 MPH with max speed of 15 MPH and is battery powered because the Seahawks love the earth. The scooter range is around four hours so Blitz and crew will stop and charge throughout the day.
