"The odds are stacked against the Seahawks, who haven't won in Green Bay since 1999. And it is fair to expect some rust from Russ in his first game back, but in the end, Wilson will do what he has so often done in his career — lead the Seahawks to a late comeback win in their first step toward a late-season playoff surge."
Tyler Olson Pro Football Network, is picking the Seahawks to win in Green Bay 24-20 on Sunday.
"For the Seahawks, Russell Wilson is cleared to play in Week 10. He's been sidelined since suffering a right middle finger injury against the Los Angeles Rams in October. We can expect the betting line to change once we receive more clarity on Rodgers' status. For now, however, Wilson gives the Seahawks a better shot to win on Sunday than Love gives the Packers."
"Rodgers 'Pat McAfee Show appearances have guaranteed that Russell Wilson's return to the lineup is nothing more than the B story entering the game. But what will drive the narrative exitingthe game? That is an open question. Pete Carroll figured out how to cover up some of his team's defensive shortcomings before the bye. The Seahawks rank a few spots ahead of the Packers in DVOA, and the underlying statistical profiles of these teams are quite similar. Nothing has come easily for the Packers on either side of the ball. When in doubt, go with the tandem that is 19-3 at Lambeau Field since starting to work together."
"Now, he is still Aaron Rodgers, and he has been there a while, so I don't think the impact will be that severe, but it could lead to a slower start, which might be all we need. Nor does it hurt my confidence that the Packers' defense has been mostly mediocre this season and has really struggled in the red zone. When you can't hold opponents to field goals, it's more difficult to cover spreads as a favorite."
"The Seahawks are getting Russell Wilson back. The Packers should get Aaron Rodgers back. Seattle will be itching to push back toward .500 with its indispensable passing leader against a hurting Green Bay cornerback corps. But the Packers will counter with plenty of Aaron Jones against a weak run defense, supported by play-action big plays of their own with Rodgers."
Take a look back through history at the Seahawks' matchups against the Packers as the two teams get ready to face off during Week 10 at Lambeau Field.
