The Seahawks will head to New Jersey ahead of their Week 13 game against the Jets with a healthy roster, especially for this time of year.

Every player on Seattle's 53-man roster was a full participant in Friday's practice, and only two players, tight end Brady Russell (foot) and newly-acquired safety AJ Finley (ankle) are listed as questionable, while everyone else is ready to go.

That means that receivers DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, as well as defensive end Leonard Williams, are all good to go despite sitting out practice Wednesday and Thursday.

Asked about Metcalf, who was listed with a shoulder injury on this week's injury report, Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said, "He's good, he's ready to go."

As for Lockett, who is listed with a knee injury, Macdonald said, "Tyler's good to go."

The Seahawks will also be getting back two players who missed last week's game due to injury tight end Noah Fant, who has been out for the past three games with a groin injury, and receiver/kick returner Laviska Shenault Jr., who missed last week's win over the Cardinals with a back injury.

The Seahawks aren't expected to have outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu this week, but he did return to practice this week after missing the past six games with a thigh injury that landed him on injured reserve.

"It's great to see him out there," Macdonald said. "He's in great spirits. I mean, put yourself in his shoes on the things he's gone through and persevered through, so it's great to have him out there. He looks good, he's on schedule."

Asked what's next for Nwosu, Macdonald said, "There's a progression. How long that takes is how long it takes, but he feels good, looks good, and he's doing everything we ask. We're excited for him."

Macdonald also announced that rookie Sataoa Laumea will start at right guard in place of an injured Anthony Bradford, after he and fellow rookie Christian Haynes competed for that spot in practice this week. A sixth-round pick out of Utah, Laumea will not only be making his first start on Sunday, it will also be his first game being active on gameday.

"Both these guys deserve a lot credit," Macdonald said. "They practiced their tails off this week. The plan is, we're going to start Sataoa at guard. He's just done a tremendous job. Those guys have been competing the whole way, and Christian, if and when he gets his opportunity, he had a great week as well, so we're excited about these guys, and we've got all the confidence in the world in them, but Sataoa will start the game out.

"He earned it. Play-in, play-out, and onward we go. It's something we have confidence in—obviously we want continuity on our offensive line, but this isn't the end of it, and Christian has done a tremendous job as well, so I want to be really clear that this isn't something that Christian lost or anything like that, this is something that 'Taoa has earned the opportunity."

Asked if there could be a rotation at guard, something the Seahawks did earlier this season with Bradford and Haynes, Macdonald said, "We'll see in the game, kind of see how the game plays out. We have a plan, but we'll let that kind of play out with how we want to do it."

Talking earlier this week about the chance to compete for a staring job, Laumea said, "I feel like I've grown a lot. I feel like there's a lot of great players in our O-line room that I get to learn from, so I feel like I've made great strides. I feel like most of it is mentally too, the game is much faster, so you've got to pick it up fast."
