The Seahawks re-signed Cedric Ogbuehi on Friday, retaining the player who was their top reserve tackle last season behind starters Duane Brown and Brandon Shell.
Ogbuehi, who joined the Seahawks as a free agent last season, started four games last season at right tackle in place of an injured Shell, earning praise from coaches for his play while starting the final three games of the season, three straight wins that helped Seattle clinch the NFC West.
A former first-round pick of the Bengals, Ogbuehi appeared in 49 games over five seasons before joining the Seahawks, starting 25 while playing both tackle spots.
