Friday's Injury Report

After being held out of Thursday's practice, Pro Bowl defensive lineman Leonard Williams was back on the practice field on Friday, and is ready to play in Sunday's game against the 49ers.

Williams, who left Sunday's win over the Chargers with an ankle injury, does not have a game status on the final injury report of the week, and Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald confirmed the standout interior lineman is good to go.

Also ready to play this week is safety Ty Okada, who missed the first four games of the season with a hamstring injury. Macdonald praised the work Rodney Thomas II has done filling in for Okada, but said the veteran safety will return to the lineup this week.

The Seahawks ruled out two players on their 53-man roster for Sunday's game, rookie cornerback Julian Neal, who injured his hamstring in practice this week, and linebacker Chazz Surratt, who will miss a second straight game with a calf injury. Also ruled out is running back Zach Charbonnet, who returned to practice last week but is not yet ready to come off the physically unable to perform list.

Running back George Holani is questionable with knee and rib injuries and was limited in practice all week. Also questionable is receiver Irv Charles, who returned to practice this week. If the Seahawks want to have Charles, who is still on injured reserve, play in Sunday's game, they would have to make a roster move Saturday to add him to the 53-man roster.

The 49ers will again be without standout pass rusher Nick Bosa, who will miss a third straight game with a knee injury. Also ruled out are All-Pro fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee), safety Marques Sigle (ankle) and defensive tackle James Thompson (ankle).

Cornerback Upton Stout (shoulder) and defensive end Mykel Williams (knee) are both listed as questionable for San Francisco.

Chazz Surratt was also a non-participant due to a calf injury.

Safety Ty Okada, who has missed four games with a hamstring injury, was a full participant for the second practice in a row. Okada returned to practice last week and was questionable for Seattle's Week 4 game but did not play.
