A new head coach has made for an eventful offseason that included hiring an almost entirely new coaching staff and offseason additions to the team. Training camp will be the first opportunity for fans to get a look at how the team is shaping up and preparing for the upcoming season.

If you made it out to one of the training camp practices last year, some fan favorites like player autographs at the end of practice, giveaways and even the Bratzooka will be making a return.

New this year to enhance the fan experience—all practices open to the public will take place on the field nearest the berm where fans sit, meaning you're guaranteed to be close to the action.

Register here for one or more of the nine open training camp practices, and buy tickets for Football Fest, the Seahawks practice at Lumen Field on Saturday, August 3.

And if you didn't make it out to training camp last year, you'll be one of the first to experience the new and exciting entertainment at camp this year – live bands, frisbee catching dogs and a magician. There will be fun for everyone at camp, with all nine open practices having their own unique theme.

  • Kids day – Bring out your kids so they can enjoy free face painting, balloon artists and inflatables.
  • College day – Rep your alma mater! There will be special guest appearances from UW and WSU.
  • Throwbacks – Let's take it back to the 90s with throwback-themed photo ops and an exclusive throwbacks giveaway.
  • Mascot Mayhem – Blitz is bringing his mascot friends from around Seattle to entertain you and your family and friends at camp.

Also new this year, we'll make sure the kids stay busy before practice with a flag football practice field. Field 3 will have a pre-practice flag football experience for all public practices. We'll also have a youth football player tunnel to help welcome the team as they take the field for practice. Training camp will also have games and fun like putt putt, skee ball and teeter totters.

The Seahawks will have many interesting storylines that you could get a first look at during training, whether that's position battles or what new players, rookies or free agent signings, can bring to the team. So, register now. And before you come out to one of the practices read all about those storylines here.

Seahawks rookies arrived at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center for the start of training camp on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
