COLLEGE: An undrafted rookie out of the University of South Alabama, took part in Seattle's rookie minicamp in May 2024 as a tryout player. In three seasons at South Alabama, Sheriff appeared in 37 games, recording 109 tackles, 17 tackles for loss and 10 sacks. He capped his college career by earning Defensive MVP honors in the 68 Ventures Bowl, South Alabama's first bowl win in program history. Began collegiate career at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where he helped the Bulldogs go 12-0 while winning the National Junior College Athletic Association national championship his sophomore season.
PERSONAL: As a senior at Terry High, had 60 total tackles, with seven of those for a loss including five sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and three safeties.
