We get a minor reprieve from byes in Week 7, as only Dallas and Chicago will be idle. Still, missing players such as CeeDee Lamb and D'Andre Swift, plus coping with the big wave of injuries, require us to recommend quality lineup streaming options and key waiver wire pickups for Week 7.

The fantasy football analysis for Week 7 is based on Point Per Reception (PPR) scoring formats. You will find a Seahawk highlighted as a good streamer for Week 7, and another as a good fantasy football waiver wire pickup.

Running Back Starters For Week 7

START Chuba Hubbard: In each of the last four games, the Carolina RB has rushed for 90-plus yards, with two rushing TDs in two of the past three outings. Andy Dalton's insertion into the starting lineup led to better offensive balance, and Hubbard should find the end zone in a higher-scoring matchup with Washington.

START Tank Bisgby: This season, the second-year Jaguars RB has flashed considerable upside, and he may be ticketed for a significant role in Week 7. Travis Etienne is dealing with a hamstring injury, and Bigbsy is averaging 7.2 yards per carry so far this season. The 22-year-old faces a Patriots defense that ranks 27th in rushing yards allowed to RBs.

There might be some split work between Bigby and another RB listed in the waiver wire section, but you can start him as an RB2/flex for the fantasy ceiling in a good matchup.

START J.K. Dobbins: The ex-Raven's grip on the starting job for the Chargers is firm. He carried 25 times for 96 yards in Week 6. Arizona has allowed the second-most rushing yards to RBs, so expect at least adequate fantasy production from Dobbins in Week 6.

START Chase Brown: The Browns have allowed six rushing TDs to RBs. Only four teams allowed more in the first six weeks. Brown scored on a 30-yard run last week, and he is a good bet to find the end zone again. In the last three games, the Bengals RB registered four TDs from scrimmage.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Week 7 Waiver Wire Running Backs

  1. Tyrone Tracy Jr: Performed very well with Devin Singletary out, and may at least share a good amount of work when the veteran returns.
  2. Ray Davis: The Buffalo rookie shined in his first NFL start, rolling up 152 yards from scrimmage. Davis showed he can make the most of an expanded role, so keep him at the ready for lineups.
  3. Sean Tucker: After he totaled 192 yards and two TDs from scrimmage in Week 6, Tampa Bay head coach Todd Bowles confirmed that Tucker has earned more playing time. We must wait and see what the distribution of touches will be in the Buccaneers' backfield.
  4. D'Ernest Johnson: Etienne's injury may push Johnson into sharing some work with Bigsby.
  5. D'Onta Foreman: Nick Chubb might return in Week 7, yet Foreman could also see a lot of work against the Bengals.
  6. Jaylen Warren: Returned to action last week and should see his role increase soon. Warren can be rostered for quality RB depth.
  7. Tyler Allgeier: Rushed for 105 yards last week and will continue to get enough carries and TD chances to be worthy of a fantasy RB4 roster spot.
  8. Jaylen Wright: The first-year Miami RB will show off exciting upside when asked to take on more carries.
  9. Tyler Goodson: If Jonathan Taylor misses any more time, Goodson is a versatile plug-in.
  10. Kimani Vidal: The Chargers RB caught a TD pass in his NFL debut and is an essential pickup if you roster J.K. Dpbbins, the clear lead back for Los Angeles right now.
  11. Isaac Guerendo: Add him as a short-term fantasy insurance RB if you roster Jordan Mason.
  12. Ty Chander: Those who roster Aaron Jones should also be sure to make room for Chandler on the squad as fantasy insurance.

Wide Receiver Starters For Week 7

START Diontae Johnson: This week, fantasy players should take advantage of Carolina's draw against the Commanders' defense. Both Hubbard and Johnson are recommended lineup options. Washington has allowed 10 TD receptions to WRs, tied for the most in the NFL.

START Jameson Williams: Minnesota's defense has built a strong reputation so far this season, yet holes can be poked in the unit by good passing attacks. The Vikings allow the most Fantasy Points Per Game to WRs. Willaims is averaging an NFL-high 22.8 yards per reception.

START Tank Dell: In Week 6, the second-year man finished with seven receptions on nine targets and caught his first TD pass of the season. Green Bay's pass defense is ranked 25th in the NFL. Dell will continue to play a key role in the Houston passing game while Nico Collins is out.

START Xavier Worthy: If you are looking for some upside, this downfield artist will provide it in a marquee matchup for the Chiefs against San Francisco. The 49ers rank 22nd in receiving yards allowed to WRs, and the Kansas City rookie can pay off as a fantasy starter by making the most of his big-play opportunities.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Week 7 Waiver Wire Wide Receivers

  1. Josh Downs: In the last two games, he has been the clear No. 1 WR from the Colts for fantasy purposes, with 16 receptions on 21 targets.
  2. JuJu Smith-Schuster: Returns from a bye looking to build on a big Week 5 outing. If Smith-Schuster consistently operates as a prime target for Patrick Mahomes, he will be a must-start fantasy WR3.
  3. Jerry Jeudy: After Amari Cooper was traded to the Bills on Tuesday, Jeudy became the top fantasy WR option from the Browns. Also keep Cedric Tillman on your watch list.
  4. Romeo Doubs: Caught two TD passes in Week 6. The Green Bay WR crew is deep, with the others besides Jayden Reed functioning as viable fantasy WR4 types.
  5. Christian Watson: Always a TD threat when he is available for the Packers.
  6. Michael Wilson: Marvin Harrison Jr. is recovering from a concussion, and Wilson might work as a top option for Kyler Murray in Week 7.
  7. DeMario Douglas: The insertion of Drake Maye into the starting lineup instantly boosted Douglas' outlook. He finished with six receptions for 92 yards and a TD in Week 6. New England's Kayshon Boutte and Kendrick Bourne should also be on the watch list.
  8. Tyler Lockett: An annual fixture in fantasy lineups for most of his career, he is still a viable streamer. Lockett came through with his best fantasy game of the season so far in Week 6, finishing with 65 yards and a TD.
  9. Ladd McConkey: Expect more progress as a dependable target for Justin Herbert in the weeks ahead.
  10. Quentin Johnston: Pushed through an ankle injury in Week 6. He should be a frequent TD target when healthy.
  11. Tre Tucker: The Davante Adams trade to the Jets opens up more playmaking opportunities for this Las Vegas speedster.
  12. Tutu Atwell: Cooper Kupp is reportedly close to a return, yet until Puka Nacua is back, either Atwell or Jordan Whittington can be decent fill-in options.
  13. Darius Slayton: If needed to start again, Slayton has shown he will deliver quality fantasy totals.
  14. Jalen Tolbert: Depending on the matchup, Tolbert can have an acceptable fantasy ceiling.
  15. Xavier Leggette: The Carolina rookie caught two TD passes in the last two games and can help fantasy teams when the Panthers are scoring enough points.
  16. Bub Means: Injuries at WR for the Saints might require Means to step forward more this week after he had five receptions on eight targets in his last outing.

Quarterback Starters For Week 7

START Sam Darnold: He is rebooting his career in impressive fashion with the Vikings. You can realistically expect two-plus TD passes from Darnold against the Lions' 27th-ranked pass defense.

START Geno Smith: The Week 7 matchup between the Seahawks and Falcons features the NFL's No. 7 and No. 8 ranked offenses, respectively. The matchup may be a fun one for real-life and fantasy purposes. Smith ranks as fantasy QB7 so far this season and will provide a satisfactory statistical floor.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Week 7 Waiver Wire Quarterbacks

  1. Drake Maye: In his first NFL start in Week 6, Maye passed for three TDs, and he has a good fantasy matchup against the Jaguars on the schedule next.
  2. Tua Tagovailoa: Stash him if possible for likely quality fantasy production once the Miami passer returns.
  3. Bo Nix: So far in his first NFL season, Nix has three rushing TDs, and he passed for two TDs in each of the past two games. The former Oregon star has rushed for 35-plus yards three times this year.

Tight End Starters For Week 7

START Isaiah Likely: Take the shot on the Baltimore TE for some yardage promise in Week 7. Tampa Bay ranks 29th in receiving yards allowed to TEs.

START Dalton Schultz: If you must stream or look past the top 10 for a TE starter this week, consider Schultz for decent production. Green Bay is tied for the most receptions allowed to TEs.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Week 7 Waiver Wire Tight Ends

  1. Taysom Hill: May be ready to return this week, and taking on a larger role in the Saints offense is possible.
  2. Hunter Henry: Continued quality play from his new QB could translate into frequent TD chances.
  3. Noah Fant: For the second time in four games, Fant finished with six receptions for 60-plus yards in Week 6.

Week 7 Defensive Streamers: Buffalo (vs. Tennessee), Cincinnati (vs. Cleveland), Los Angeles Rams (vs. Las Vegas).
