The Seahawks return from a bye week to ready for a very important matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. This is also a crucial time of the year for fantasy football players, as the playoffs are just a few weeks away. We get you ready for Week 11 with prime starting choices when faced with tight lineup decisions, and our full waiver wire rankings. The analysis is based on Points Per Reception (PPR) scoring formats. Players are listed in order of starting lineup and waiver wire preferences.

NFL Week 11: Wide Receiver Starters

START George Pickens: The Pittsburgh offense has been ascending over the past few weeks, and Pickens is the centerpiece of the passing game. He has averaged 85.3 receiving yards over the last three games with two TD receptions. He has an excellent individual WR/CB matchup vs. the Ravens on Pro Football Focus for Week 11. His 98.5 matchup grade rates as "Excellent" and is fifth-best among all WRs for this week.

START Cedric Tillman: The Browns will be going with Jameis Winston as the starter for the rest of the season, and Tillman is emerging as his top receiving target. He is starting to bust out in his second pro season, with 21 receptions on 32 targets in the last three games, with 75-plus receiving yards in each outing. He caught three TD passes in his last two games and Pro Football Focus rates his individual WR/CB matchup for Week 11 against the Saints as 96.3, which qualifies as 'Excellent."

START Josh Downs: The Jets' secondary is most vulnerable in the slot, and Downs has ben targeted nine-plus times over the past three games. He should at least provide adequate fantasy totals in Week 11.

START Jaxon Smith-Njigba: Mike Macdonald said he was optimistic about the Week 11 health outlook of DK Metcalf heading into the big Week 11 matchup with the 49ers. "JSN" came through with a career performance before the bye, and with Metcalf commanding significant defensive attention as usual, JSN will have more room to operate as a frequent target for Geno Smith on important passing downs.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Wide Receivers On The Waiver Wire

  1. Quentin Johnston: The second-year Chargers WR is an improving pass-catcher who already has five TD receptions and is a featured downfield playmaker for Justin Herbert.
  2. Rashod Bateman: This is the best Ravens offense we have seen during the Lamar Jackson era, and Bateman is a consistent TD and deep threat.
  3. Diontae Johnson: Watch to see if anyone in your league cuts him. Johnson can become a busy chain-moving target for Jackson once he gets comfortable in the Baltimore offense.
  4. Mike Williams: Recently traded to Pittsburgh, Williams caught the decisive TD pass in a win over Washington and should step in as the Steelers' No. 2 WR.
  5. Ricky Pearsall: The rookie is healthy and becoming a notable contributor in the 49ers passing game.
  6. Xavier Leggette: The rookie should see a lot of targets as a top WR for Carolina during the rest of the season.
  7. Jerry Jeudy: He may post decent PPR numbers regularly with Winston throwing the ball often.
  8. Christian Watson: Was targeted 13 times in two games before Green Bay's Week 10 bye.
  9. Adonai Mitchell: Logged his best game as a first-year pro in Week 10, catching six passes for 71 yards.
  10. Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Caught two TD passes last week and the Saints are dealing with heavy injury losses at WR. "MVS" has occasional fantasy upside.
  11. Wan'Dale Robinson: Is capable of respectable PPR production.
  12. Alec Pierce: A deeper streaming option for upside if Michael Pittman Jr. continues to miss time.

NFL Week 11: Running Back Starters

START David Montgomery: He was held to 32 rushing yards last week, but Montgomery is an established TD force for the Lions, who arguably field the best offense in the league. He might rush for more than one TD against Jacksonville. The Jaguars defense will spend too much time on the field without Trevor Lawrence. Some fantasy leaguers who have good RB depth may question whether to start Montgomery or not, but he should get the nod in most tight lineup decisions.

START Najee Harris: You might want to shy away from starting Harris against the NFL's top ranked rushing defense. The Ravens, however, allow 25.3 points per game, which ranks 25th in the NFL, and Harris can finish off scoring drives with one or two TD runs. Keep him active, as the Steelers will need him to make notable contributions in a major matchup with Baltimore.

START J.K. Dobbins: The Chargers will likely aim to control the clock with their running game as much as possible against the Bengals. Cincinnati has allowed nine rushing TDs to RBs, which is tied for third-most in the NFL. Dobbins will be a key for Los Angeles when attempting to establish good offensive balance, and he should deliver at least decent fantasy production.

START Audric Estime: He is also highlighted as the top priority waiver wire pickup of the week at RB below. Atlanta ranks 24th in Fantasy Points Per Game allowed to RBs over the past four weeks and Sean Payton is going to give him an extended look to jump-start the Denver running game. If you need a bye week replacement for James Conner, Tyrone Tracy Jr. or Chuba Hubbard, consider Estime as a one-week fantasy starter.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Running Backs On The Waiver Wire

  1. Audric Estime: The waiver wire is very thin at RB, and this rookie is taking over as the lead RB for Denver. Estime is a power runner with some speed, and Sean Payton is totally willing to heavily utilize his young players.
  2. Jaylen Wright: The first of our two "Jaylen" waiver wire entries at RB this week, the Miami rookie would become an immediate fantasy starter if injuries become an issue at RB for Miami at any point. He has a lot of promise if and when tasked with an increased workload.
  3. Jaylen Warren: He averaged 4.7 yards per carry on 14 attempts last week and is healthy again. Warren is a quality pickup for RB depth.
  4. Trey Benson: The rookie has started to see more action as a complement to James Conner and must be rostered by those who have Conner on their fantasy teams.
  5. Cam Akers: He is a viable fantasy insurance add if you roster Aaron Jones.
  6. Gus Edwards: Returned for the Chargers in Week 10 and should be added if you roster J.K. Dobbins.

NFL Week 11: Quarterback Starters

START Jared Goff: Look for the Detroit QB to bounce back at home against the Jaguars. Jacksonville ranks 30th in passing yards and Fantasy Points Per Game allowed to QBs. The Lions will race out to a quick lead with Goff leading the way.

START C.J. Stroud: The Houston QB should get Nico Collins back this week, and he has a good fantasy matchup against the Cowboys. Expect Stroud to rise to the occasion in the "Battle For Texas" against a Dallas defense that ranks 29th in FFPG allowed to QBs.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Quarterbacks On The Waiver Wire

  1. Bo Nix: The first-year Bronco is an impactful dual threat fantasy performer, as he leads the Broncos with four rushing TDs.
  2. Justin Herbert: He has started to throw the ball more recently and is re-emerging as a quality fantasy option.
  3. Russell Wilson: Last week, he threw three TD passes, and Wilson is fitting well in the Pittsburgh offense. He is one of the QBs eligible on the Top 50 Seahawks of All Time online voting ballot.
  4. Jameis Winston: A good streaming option for Week 11 against the Saints.
  5. Drake Maye: When the matchup is right, the rookie is a respectable fill-in play.
  6. Drew Lock: Those who participate in superflex leagues, where a QB can be started at a second flex position, should add Lock in case he starts for the Giants soon.

NFL Week 11: Tight End Starters

START Taysom Hill: In the last two games, Hill totaled six receptions and nine rushing attempts. The Saints are decimated on offense and will continue to give him frequent playmaking opportunities.

START Pat Freiermuth: I am expecting a higher-scoring game between the Steelers and Ravens. Baltimore ranks 30th in receiving yards allowed to TEs.

Fantasy Football Rankings: Tight Ends On The Waiver Wire

  1. Ja'Tavion Sanders: The Carolina rookie drew five-plus targets in two of the past four games.
  2. Theo Johnson: Another first-year TE to consider adding, Johnson was targeted six times in each of the past two games.
  3. Dawson Knox: The Bills are dealing with some notable injuries on offense, including Dalton Kincaid (knee). Knox might function as a productive one-week plugger for fantasy purposes.

Week 11 Streaming Defenses: Green Bay (vs. Chicago), Miami (vs. Las Vegas), Houston (vs. Dallas).

The Seahawks returned to practice on November 11, 2024 at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center as they begin their week of preparation for Week 11.
