The Seahawks placed cornerback Sidney Jones IV on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday, meaning they'll be down two of their top three outside cornerbacks with Bless Austin also on the COVID-19 list.

Additionally, tackle Jamarco Jones was activated from injured reserve, and linebacker Jon Rhattigan was placed on injured reserve to make room on the 53-man roster.

The Seahawks also called up three players from the practice squad as COVID-19 replacements, cornerback Mike Jackson, safety Josh Jones and linebacker Edmond Robinson.

With Jones and Austin both out, the Seahawks will likely turn to John Reid to start opposite D.J. Reed, who himself recently came off the COVID list. Reid started last weekend at right corner with Austin and Reed on the COVID list.

The Seahawks and Lions face off for Monday Night Football on Sept. 30, 2024 at Ford Field. Kickoff is set for 5:15 p.m. PT. Take a look back through history at the Seahawks' matchups against the Lions.
