The Seahawks made a change to their offensive line depth prior to the first day of training camp, signing guard Ilm Manning, a former All-Mountain West lineman out of Hawaii. Guard Tremayne Anchrum Jr. was released to make room on the 90-man roster.

Additionally, rookie cornerbacks Nehemiah Pritchett and D.J. James, who were both placed on the non-football injury list last week, passed their physicals, clearing the way for them to take part in camp.

Manning, a five-year starter at left tackle during his time at Hawaii, signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent last spring. After being waived as part of roster cuts, Manning was claimed by the Cardinals, who then waived him in October, leading to a return to San Francisco as a member of the practice squad. He was later signed by the Panthers off of the 49ers practice squad and finished the season with Carolina.

At Hawaii, Manning started 60 of 62 games played at left tackle, earning All-Mountain West honors three-teams, including a first-team selection in 2022.

Anchrum, who spent the previous four seasons with the Rams, signed with the Seahawks as a free agent in March.
