Seahawks Sign LB Edmond Robinson To Practice Squad; Release DE Alex Tchangam

The Seahawks made a change to their practice squad Tuesday, signing linebacker Edmond Robinson.

The Seahawks signed linebacker Edmond Robinson to their practice squad on Tuesday, adding an experienced veteran who has significant experience on special teams.

Defensive end Alex Tchangam was released to make room on the practice squad.

A seventh-round pick in 2015 out of Division II Newberry College, Robinson has appeared in 35 games in his career, playing primarily on special teams. Last season, Robinson led the Falcons with 12 special teams tackles.

Prior to joining the Falcons last year, Robinson played for the Houston Roughnecks in the XFL and the Arizona Hotshots in the AAF. Before that he spent time with the Vikings, Jets and Cardinals.
