The Seahawks made a handful of moves ahead of their trip to Santa Clara for their Week 11 game against the 49ers.

Receiver Cody White and tight end Tyler Mabry were both signed from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. To make room, center Connor Williams was placed on the reserve/retired list, while nose tackle Brandon Pili was waived.

Additionally, the Seahawks elevated safety Ty Okada and linebacker Patrick O'Connell from the practice squad.

White, who made his Seahawks debut as a practice squad elevation in Seattle's Week 9 loss to the Rams, was a bright spot in that game, blocking a punt on special teams while also catching two passes for 44 yards and drawing a pass interference penalty.

"Glad that he had an opportunity show what he had to do," Seahawks coach Macdonald said after that game. "Guys were fired up for him. It shows the depth we have on our football team. Like I said, we have the right guys. Just having an opportunity. This guy plays extremely hard. Love Cody. Happy for him."

Mabry, who has appeared in eight games for the Seahawks since first joining the team in 2020, adds tight end depth with Noah Fant and Brady Russell both ruled out due to injury. O'Connell, who joined the team as an undrafted free agent out of Montana last year, has appeared in two games over the past two seasons, and will provide additional linebacker depth following this week's waiving of Tyrel Dodson.

Okada, who signed as an undrafted free agent out of Montana State last year, has appeared in two games as a practice squad elevation this season, and played in five as a rookie.
