The Seahawks released receiver John Ursua on Tuesday to make room on the roster for receiver Penny Hart, but Ursua isn't going anywhere, having been signed to the practice squad Wednesday after clearing waivers.
The Seahawks also added defensive tackle Anthony Rush to their practice squad on Wednesday.
Ursua, a seventh-round pick last season, appeared in three games and caught one pass for 11-yards, a catch that allowed Seattle to convert on fourth down late in their Week 17 loss to San Francisco that came down the final moments of the game.
Rush, who signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent last year, appeared in nine games for the Eagles as a rookie, recording nine tackles and three tackles for loss.
