The Seahawks elevated rookie running back George Holani and tackle McClendon Curtis for the team's upcoming matchup against the New England Patriots.

Holani signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Boise State this offseason and was signed to the team's practice squad following the preseason. He had a very productive preseason for Seattle, rushing for two touchdowns in three games. With running back Kenneth Walker III listed as doubtful for Week 2, Holani adds depth to the running group.

Tackle McClendon Curtis is also being elevated from the practice squad as the Seahawks could potentially be without right tackle George Fant against New England. Fant is listed as doubtful with a knee injury that he suffered in the Week 1 win over the Broncos. Curtis appeared in two games for the Seahawks last season and could make his season debut on Sunday.
