Safety Ryan Neal, who has been a standout on defense since taking over a starting job earlier this season, left Sunday's game with an elbow injury that occurred in overtime of an eventual 40-34 Seahawks loss.

The injury happened on a big third-down stop for Seattle's defense, one that led to a missed 56-yard field goal attempt, after which Neal stayed down on the field and was tended to by athletic trainers.

After Seattle's offense had to punt, Neal was not on the field for the Raiders' last possession, which lasted only one play—a game-winning 86-yard touchdown run by Josh Jacobs.

After the game, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said there was no definitive news yet on the injury.

"He's got an injury to his elbow," Carroll said. "They couldn't tell us what it was at this point. We don't know yet."

There were no other Seahawks injuries reported in game or by Carroll following the game.
