The Seahawks signed linebacker Michael Dowell and cornerback Tyler Hall to their practice squad on Tuesday, bringing back a pair of players who briefly spent time on their practice squad earlier this season.

Dowell, an undrafted rookie out of Miami of Ohio, signed with the Bengals after the draft, then was waived prior to the season. The Seahawks then signed him to their practice squad on October 30.

Dowell, who played safety in college, had 157 tackles, nine tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, two interceptions and 11 passes defensed in two seasons at Miami of Ohio, and prior to that he spent three seasons at Ohio State.

Hall, who went undrafted out of Wyoming in 2020, had a brief stint on Seattle's practice squad in September. Hall has appeared in 31 games with six starts over the past four seasons, spending time with the Falcons, Rams, Raiders and Eagles, primarily playing as a nickel corner.
