Seahawks Sign WR Miles Boykin & RB Brittain Brown To Practice Squad

The Seahawks made two additions to their practice squad on Wednesday.

The Seahawks signed two players to their practice squad on Wednesday, adding veteran receiver Miles Boykin and running back Brittain Brown.

Safety Marquise Blair and defensive tackle Quinton Bohanna were released to make room on the practice squad.

Boykin, a third-round pick in the 2019 draft, spent his first three seasons in Baltimore, appearing in 40 games with 24 starts, catching 33 passes for 470 yards and seven scores. Boykin spent the next two seasons with Steelers, appearing in 33 games with one start, then signed with Giants in April before being released prior to the start of the season.

Brown, a 2022 seventh-round pick of the Raiders, appeared in six games as a rookie, playing on special teams. After spending the first three years of his college career at Duke, Brown transferred to UCLA where he rushed for 1,158 yards and 11 touchdowns in two seasons, splitting backfield duties in 2021 with current Seahawks back Zach Charbonnet.
