The Seahawks made a roster move ahead of Wednesday's practice, waiving rookie defensive tackle Jay-Tee Tiuli.
Tiuli, a local product who attended Federal Way High School, signed with Seattle in May after going undrafted out of Eastern Washington. The 6-foot-3, 340-pound Tiuli appeared in three preseason games with Seattle, recording two tackles.
The move means the Seahawks currently have two open spots on the 90-man roster, though NFL teams are required to reduce their rosters to 53 players by Saturday.
