Macdonald fügte hinzu: "Wir sind optimistisch und begeistert von der Richtung, die unser Team einschlägt. Natürlich wollten wir in den Playoffs mitmischen, und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Team dafür stark genug ist. Aber wir haben uns dieses Recht nicht erarbeitet. Jetzt richten wir den Blick nach vorne. Es ist eine aufregende Zeit, und ich freue mich darauf, auf der soliden Basis, die wir gelegt haben, weiterzuarbeiten."

Die Bilanz der Seahawks in Spielen, in denen sie ein ausgeglichenes oder positives Verhältnis von Ballgewinnen zu Ballverlusten hatten. Im Gegensatz dazu gingen sie bei einem negativen Turnover-Verhältnis mit nur einem Sieg und sechs Niederlagen vom Feld.
7 Auswärtssiege
Ein Franchise-Rekord, den sie mit sieben Siegen in der Fremde einstellten. Zudem gewannen sie sechs Auswärtsspiele in Folge, ebenfalls eine Bestmarke. Auf der anderen Seite steht jedoch die schwache Heimbilanz von 3-6 – die schlechteste seit 2008 (2-6). "Wir müssen zuhause besser spielen", betonte Macdonald. "Es ist großartig, auswärts erfolgreich zu sein, aber wir müssen unser Stadion in einen Albtraum für gegnerische Teams verwandeln."

Sechs Siege in den letzten acht Spielen nach der Bye Week am 10. Spieltag – eine beeindruckende Reaktion auf die vor der Ruhewoche schwache Bilanz von fünf Niederlagen in sechs Spielen.
Rang 4 und zweimal 5
Die Defensiv-Ranglisten der Seahawks in den letzten acht Spielen: Platz vier bei zugelassenen Yards (304,8), Platz fünf bei zugelassenen Punkten (18,4) und ebenfalls Platz fünf bei zugelassenen First Downs (18,1). Auch in der Passverteidigung landete Seattle auf Rang sechs (205,0 Yards pro Spiel). Ein starker Abschluss.

407 Pässe, 578 Passversuche und 4.320 Passing Yards
Werte, die allesamt Franchise-Rekorde in einer Saison abbilden. Mit einer Passquote von 70,4 Prozent stellte Geno Smith zudem einen weiteren Seahawks-Rekord auf. Der Seahawks-Quarterback führte außerdem vier Game-Winning Drives an, womit er in drei Jahren als Starter auf zwölf kommt – der zweithöchste Wert in der NFL in diesem Zeitraum.
66 Catches, 992 Yards und 5 Touchdowns
Die Statistiken von DK Metcalf, die ihn zur Legende machen. Metcalf ist erst der zweite Spieler in der NFL-Geschichte – neben Randy Moss –, der in seinen ersten sechs Saisons jeweils mindestens 50 Catches, 900 Yards und fünf Touchdowns erzielt hat.

Das sind die einhundert Receptions von Jaxon Smith-Njigba, die ihn Tyler Locketts Franchise-Saisonrekord einstellen lassen. Smith-Njigba führte das Team auch bei den Receiving Yards (1.130) und Touchdown-Catches (6) an.

Defensive End und NFL-Veteran Leonard Williams erzielte Spitzenwerte in der NFL für Interior Linemen in der Saison 2024 – unter anderem mit elf Sacks, der zweitbeste Wert seiner Karriere.
