Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Friday, March 13 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

"Hang with me, 12s."

D.J. Fluker is an absolute beast.

You may have seen Fluke's impressive workouts blowing up on Twitter or featured in some recent Round-Ups as the 'Social Post of the Day.' Pushing sleds and pulling trucks, Fluker has been getting after it this offseason. It's time we show you what the Seahawks guard has been up in the past months.

Thanks to his updates on Twitter, we've been keeping up with Fluker's offseason training in Hawaii. "Hawaii is just what I needed," says Fluker in a post.

He's getting the conversation going by asking 12s, "How many days until the first Seahawks game?" Our Twitter 12s loved that one.

Alright, drop your dumbbells and replay that last video. Fluker pulling a truck. Need I say more?

"What's up fam? Out here in Hawaii getting my grind on. I got big things coming, I did not forget about y'all and I'll see y'all soon!"

Fluker started off the series of posts with a photo and shout out to Kevin Chang, ATC, CSCS at Hawaii Optimum Performance. "The key to a successful season is gonna be a good offseason. So we are grinding. Hang with me, 12s. Putting time in the lab to be a better me for the squad," wrote Fluker.

And one more thing, Happy Birthday D.J.!
