Good Friday morning, 12s. Here's what's out there today — August 21 — about your Seattle Seahawks.

Russell Wilson and Nate Burleson Help Lead Nike & NFL's "11-Online" Virtual Training Program

This morning, the NFL and Nike teamed up to launch an immersive football workout and training program designed to help high school athletes train together while physically apart due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"11-Online" provides position-specific drills and training instruction, with team building and leadership development elements modeled after Nike's in-person training camps. The program is team-based and focuses on team play and character-building over individual recognition.

The drills are led by a number of former and current NFL stars, such as Russell Wilson, Willie McGinest, Aaron Donald, and Odell Beckham, Jr. Former Seahawks wide receiver and Good Morning Football host Nate Burleson serves as the program's virtual host, and Seahawks performance psychologist Dr. Michael Gervais helps athletes with mental preparation.

Upon accessing the 11-Online website, users are welcomed by Burleson before being prompted to choose a position group and start warming up for drills. Nike says that the program will be kept fresh with new content continuously being added. You can check out the drills and activities for yourself at 11onfootball.com.

ESPN's Matthew Berry All-In On Chris Carson For Fantasy In 2020

After posting career high numbers in rushing and receiving last season, Chris Carson's fantasy value is starting to be recognized outside of the Pacific Northwest. On Thursday's episode of Fantasy Focus Live, ESPN's Matthew Berry gave a (literal) ringing endorsement of Carson for the upcoming fantasy football season.

After ringing a loud bell in lieu of a drum to bang, Berry had this to say about the fourth-year back: "I don't understand why people don't appreciate how great Chris Carson is. Last two years, here's the entire list of players with at least 1,100 rushing yards, nine total touchdowns: Ezekiel Elliott, Chris Carson. That's the entire list."

Carson finished 12th among running backs in total fantasy points last season on ESPN, narrowly trailing Mark Ingram II and Saquon Barkley.

Berry and co-host Field Yates also give their insight on where Russell Wilson ranks among fantasy quarterbacks this year. You can see the full episode of Fantasy Focus Live here— the Seahawks segment begins at the 37:25 mark.
