Good afternoon, 12s. Here's a look at what's out there today – Monday, August 8 – about your Seattle Seahawks.

Michael Bennett and Michael Robinson Join Seahawks Preseason Broadcast Team

The Seahawks announced Monday the broadcast information for their 2022 preseason games, and this year's broadcast will feature the addition of two Seahawks Legends and Super Bowl champions, Michael Bennett and Michael Robinson.

For Saturday's preseason opener at Pittsburgh and the August 26 game at Dallas, KING 5 will air the game with Curt Menefee and Robinson in the broadcast booth, and with Bennett joining as an analyst throughout the broadcast. Paul Silvi and Ray Roberts will host the pre and postgame shows for those games. Seattle's August 18 home preseason game against the Chicago Bears will air on ESPN.

Longtime voice of the Seahawks Steve Raible will handle the call on the Seahawks Radio Network with Dave Wyman again joining him in the broadcast booth, and with Jen Mueller serving as the sideline reporter, with all games airing on 710AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM. Michael Bumpus will host the pre and postgame shows with Seahawks Legends Jordan Babineaux, Paul Moyer, Ray Roberts, Marcus Trufant and Robert Turbin all joining in.

And in an interesting note not directly related to the broadcast, the team also announced that Marshawn Lynch will act as a special correspondent for the team later this season, producing creative content for a variety of projects.
