Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Monday, June 29 – about your Seattle Seahawks.
Shaqin It Up
Everybody's favorite twins are back with another episode of "Shaqin It Up" on their YouTube channel. Like the two previous episodes, fans can see how the brothers are preparing for the 2020 season, how they're giving back to their community, and how they're always having a good time. Oh, and lots of screen time for their dad Terry.
After opening with a game of dominoes on the beach (as one does), they jump right into workouts. The brothers ran through some strength and conditioning drills under Terry's watchful eyes before transitioning to football drills at a local park.
After training hard for several weeks, they decided to take a day off and head to the water. Plus, as they note, it's "just too damn hot in Florida". Enjoy a few minutes of backflips off boats and Shaquem trying to complete a pass to a friend running a route on a jet ski.
The episode wraps up with the twins spending time donating goods to the homeless community in St. Petersburg. "Me and my brother have been through so much in our life, and it's just a privilege to be in the position that we are in today to be able to give back to the less fortunate," Shaquem said. "I honestly feel that is the main reason, to be able to give back to the ones who may need it the most."
If you're looking for some insight into the life of the Griffin brothers, plus some entertainment, definitely subscribe to their channel.
