Good afternoon, 12s. Here's a look at what's going on out there and any news you might have missed, about your Seattle Seahawks this week.
The Pro Football Writers of America announced their 2024 All-NFL, All-AFC and All-NFC teams. Seahawks Leonard Williams was named to the All-NFC Team.
Seahawks senior reporter John Boyle wrote, "Williams earned PFWA honors for a season in which he led all NFL interior linemen in sacks with 11.0, tackles for loss with 16 and quarterback hits with 28. That sack total is just behind Williams' career-high of 11.5 set in 2020, while the 16 tackles for loss are a new career high. And Williams' 28 quarterback hits ranked third in the NFL and first among interior linemen."
Looking ahead to the offseason, the Seahawks are getting you prepared for the NFL free agency by looking at which players become free agents in March.
As is the case every year in the NFL, Seattle's roster in 2025 will look different than it did to finish the 2024 season, and as is the case every year, general manager and president of football operations John Schneider and the player personnel department will try to leave no stone unturned when it comes to improving the team.
And one of the key components of the offseason is free agency, which begins in March. The Seahawks will not only look to sign players from other teams who can help them in 2025 and beyond, but also to retain some of their own free agents, and with that in mind, we're taking a look at which players are set to become free agents when the new league year begins on March 12.

I've met great people along the way, teammates, coaches. They've poured a lot into me and the city of Rockwall has too.
