Third Year Running
Are you a North Carolinian looking to sign your kids up for a free football camp? If so, look no further as Seahawks defensive tackle Jarran Reed will be hosting his third annual youth football camp on June 22.
The 2016 NFL Draft pick announced on Twitter Wednesday morning that he'll be hosting the camp in his hometown of Goldsboro, North Carolina in June. The camp is free to register and open to children ranging in age from eight to 14.
The event description explains that "the purpose of this camp is to give the youth of Goldsboro, North Carolina an opportunity to learn football skills and drills they can use to help excel at any level of play. Additionally, this camp will give Jarran as well as other NFL talent who attends the opportunity to instill skills and principles in the youth that they can use on and off the football field."
Goldsboro High School is where the event will be taking place in NC, which also happens to be the same high school that Reed attended when he was growing up.
