Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Wednesday, January 8 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

Toe Drag Swag

"Tyler. The Rocket. Lockett," exclaims Good Morning Football host and Seahawks Legend Nate Burleson as he begins to share some colorful commentary on one of Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett's receptions from the Seahawks' Wild-Card win over the Eagles.

It's the second quarter. Seattle is driving down the field. QB Russell Wilson takes the snap from the Seattle 28-yard line, looks for a receiver, scrambles left to evade a sack, and boom. Fires down the field to Lockett. We all know that QB-WR connection well, so to no surprise, Lockett makes the catch at the Philadelphia 45-yard line and gains two more yards after the catch.

The officials originally ruled the pass as incomplete, but after it was challenged by Coach Carroll, the play was reversed. There goes another entry in Lockett's 'Toe Drag Swag' logbook.

Burleson was impressed by the catch from the six-year vet and made sure to close out his segment on Good Morning Football with a highlight of the play. Fast forward to 3:29 in the video embedded below to listen in on Burleson's commentary.

"Now imagine this; Russell Wilson playing at a high level. DK Metcalf cooking the way that he does. Tyler Lockett making plays. And Marshawn Lynch catching his rhythm. All I'm saying is, 'Don't sleep on the Seattle Seahawks if these guys end up taking a win from the Green Bay Packers,'" says Burleson.
