Friday Injury Report
The Seahawks have been dealing with a litany of injuries since the season started but seem to be getting healthier as there aren't any players that have been ruled out for Sunday's contest against Arizona as of today. However, there are five key players listed as questionable, all on the offensive side of the ball.
DK Metcalf has been dealing with a ribs injury since Week 2 but it hasn't prevented him from missing any game action. Metcalf is now also dealing with a hip injury which has him questionable for Week 7 and could be a game time decision. Rookie running back Zach Charbonnet has missed practiced all week with hamstring injury and is questionable to play on Sunday. Three key members of the offensive line are also questionable because of injuries. Center Evan Brown, guard Phil Haynes and tackle Jake Curhan have missed some practice time this week and could be unavailable on Sunday. "He took some plays today so that is a good step," said head coach Pete Carroll when asked about Evan Brown. "He looked like he could play today. We will see."
While three potential starters on the offensive line are questionable, left tackle Charles Cross and guard Damien Lewis will be available on Sunday despite being limited in practice this week. Also available on Sunday will be wide receiver Tyler Lockett who has been dealing with a hamstring problem all week.
Cardinals safety Budda Baker could make his return this week after not playing since Week 1 due to a hamstring injury. Quarterback Kyler Murray returned to practice this week for the first time this season but has been ruled out for Week 7.

Thursday Injury Report
There weren't any new players added to the injury report on Thursday but there were a few notable differences. After not practicing on Wednesday, tackle Jake Curhan returned to practice in a limited capacity as he has been dealing with an ankle injury since the Bengals contest. Guard Phil Haynes practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday but was unable to practice on Thursday due to a calf injury.
Evan Brown, Zach Charbonnet and DK Metcalf remained out of practice for the second consecutive day. Metcalf has been missing practice regularly for precautionary reasons because of a rib injury he suffered in Week 2 but is also dealing with a hip injury as well.
Starting offensive linemen Charles Cross and Damien Lewis practiced in a limited capacity for the second day in a row which is a positive sign that the offensive line is getting healthier. Tyler Lockett also was limited for both practices this week as he is dealing with a hamstring problem.
After being limited on Wednesday, Tre Brown fully practiced on Thursday afternoon. Brown is coming off a strong performance where he intercepted his second pass of the season.
Cardinals safety Budda Baker was limited in practice for the second day in a row with a hamstring injury.

Wednesday Injury Report
The Seahawks are making progress towards getting healthier as the number of players missing practice has reduced compared to previous weeks. Offensive linemen Evan Brown and Jake Curhan missed practice on Wednesday due to injuries. Curhan suffered an ankle injury in the team's loss to the Bengals. He was able to make it through walkthrough, but the team will have to see him progress throughout the week before knowing if he will be available on Sunday. "Jake (Curhan) went through the walkthrough today," said head coach Pete Carroll. "He's moving okay for right now coming off the ankle in the game. I won't know though."
Also missing practice was running back Zach Charbonnet, who is dealing with a hamstring issue, and DK Metcalf. Metcalf has been dealing with a rib injury since Week 2 and has missed practice time because of it but has been able to play in every game since suffering the injury so Sunday should be no different.
Tackle Charles Cross, guard Phil Haynes and the other starting guard Damien Lewis were all limited in practice today due to lower body injuries. Similar to Curhan, the team will need to see how Lewis progresses through the week in order to determine his status for Sunday. "He went through walkthrough today. I think he's making a positive push forward here; we'll see what happens. I don't know until we get through the week," said coach Carroll.
Tyler Lockett was also limited in Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring issue. Tre Brown, who is coming off a strong performance in Cincinnati, is dealing with a toe issue that prevented him from fully practicing at the start the week.
For the Arizona Cardinals, a key player on each side of the ball was limited in Wednesday's practice with an injury. Quarterback Kyler Murray hasn't played all season due to a season ending knee injury suffered last season, but returned to practice this week in a limited capacity. The former number one overall pick is not expected to return to game action this week. On the defensive side of the ball, Pro Bowl safety Budda Baker is dealing with a hamstring issue that limited him practice.
