The Seahawks will be getting back a big part of their defensive line for Sunday's game at Washington Football Team, but will be missing a starter on their offensive line.
Defensive end Carlos Dunlap II, who was unable to play last week due to a foot injury, is active, while starting right tackle Brandon Shell is inactive due to an ankle injury.
Shell, who was listed as questionable, did not practice all week. Shell returned to action last week following a two-game absence, but aggravated his ankle injury and was unable to return to the game. Dunlap was also questionable, but was able to practice on Friday, his first time practicing in three weeks.
The Seahawks are getting back from injury tackle Cedric Ogbuehi, who has missed the past two games with a calf injury. He likely will start in place of Shell. Also back is safety Ryan Neal, who missed last week's game with a hip injury.
Running back Rashaad Penny is active and will make his 2020 debut after being activated off of the physically unable to perform list on Saturday. Also active is defensive end Damontre Moore, who is returning from a six-game suspension. The Seahawks are also without running back Travis Homer and guard/tackle Jamarco Jones, who were placed on injured reserve Saturday to make room on the roster for Penny and Moore.
Washington is playing without starting quarterback Alex Smith, who was ruled out on Friday with a calf injury. Also out are leading rusher Antonio Gibson, who was doubtful with a toe injury, and starting linebackers Kevin Pierre-Louis and Cole Holcomb.
