Jordyn Brooks Active, Jarran Reed Inactive For Seahawks' Week 18 Game at Arizona

The Seahawks will welcome back Jordyn Brooks after a one-game absence, but will be without starting nose tackle Jarran Reed.

16x9week 18

GLENDALE, Ariz.—The Seahawks will be without one key player on defense, but are welcoming another back from injury.

Nose tackle Jarran Reed, who has started every game this season leading up to this week, is inactive for Sunday's regular-season finale at Arizona due to a knee injury. Reed had been listed as questionable on Friday's injury report, but was unable to practice all week.

On a more positive note, linebacker Jordyn Brooks is back after missing last week's game with an ankle injury and being listed as questionable on Friday. Also active after being listed as questionable is special teams captain Nick Bellore.

In addition to Reed, the Seahawks will also be without right tackle Abraham Lucas, defensive end Mario Edwards Jr. and running back Kenny McIntosh, who were ruled out on Friday's injury report, and tackle Jason Peters, who was listed as questionable. With Lucas and Peters both out, Stone Forsythe is expected to start at right tackle, his eighth start of the season having filled in at both left and right tackle earlier this season.

With Reed and Edwards Jr. both out, the Seahawks added defensive line reinforcements by elevating Austin Faoliu and Matthew Gotel off the practice squad. Faoliu made his Seahawks debut last week, playing seven snaps on defense, while Gotel, a Tacoma native who has spent time on the practice squad each of the past two seasons, will be making his regular-season NFL debut.

Here are the inactives for both teams:
