The Seahawks left for Arizona with only two players on their injury report, and both Jamal Adams and Mike Iupati were ruled out ahead of Sunday night's game, which means there aren't anything in the way of surprises on in the inactive list.
With Adams and Iupati out again, expect Ryan Neal to start his third straight game at strong safety, and Jordan Simmons will likely fill in again at left guard.
The Seahawks are getting two players back from injury, linebacker Jordyn Brooks and running back Carlos Hyde. Both had missed the previous two games with knee and shoulder injuries, respectively.
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll didn't say if Brooks would take over the starting role at weakside linebacker again—he started one game there after Bruce Irvin was lost to a knee injury, then Cody Barton took over with Brooks injured—but Carroll did say the rookie will "play considerably" in this game.
Also active is linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong, who was signed to the practice squad on Wednesday and elevated from the practice squad on Saturday.
The Cardinals listed six players as questionable on Friday, including DeAndre Hopkins, the league's leading receiver, but they are all active.
Here are the inactives for both teams:
