The Seahawks saw one starter return to practice on Thursday, while another was a new addition to the practice report.
Bradley McDougald, who missed last week's game with back spasms and was held out of Wednesday's practice, was able to practice on a limited basis Thursday. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said earlier this week that McDougald was day-to-day and that his status likely won't be known until the end of the week.
New to the practice report is right tackle Germain Ifedi, who did not practice due to a knee injury. Also sitting out Thursday were safety Lano Hill, who Carroll said is likely out for a while due to an elbow injury, and defensive end Quinton Jefferson, who has an oblique injury.
Tackle Duane Brown (biceps), tackle George Fant (shoulder), cornerback Tre Flowers (neck), defensive end Ziggy Ansah (ankle) and safety Quandre Diggs (hamstring) were all limited for a second straight day, while guard D.J. Fluker (hamstring) and quarterback Russell Wilson (knee) were full participants for a second straight day.
Asked about his first appearance on the injury report this season, Wilson downplayed the injury, saying, "A little ice on the knee. I'm good, I'm ready to roll. Excited about this week going on the road… I'm feeling great, so it's nothing really crazy."
For the Falcons, five players were held out of practice, most notably quarterback Matt Ryan, whose status remains uncertain due to an ankle injury sustained in last weekend's game.
