Thursday Practice Report: Doug Baldwin, Frank Clark, Jarran Reed Return For Seahawks

After starting the practice week sidelined with injuries, Doug Baldwin, Frank Clark, and Jarran Reed all returned to work Thursday ahead of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Three players who sat out the Seahawks' first practice of Week 17 were back on the field Thursday at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, where receiver Doug Baldwin (shoulder), defensive end Frank Clark (elbow), and defensive tackle Jarran Reed (oblique) all returned to work.

Clark and Reed were full participants Thursday while Baldwin was Seattle's lone limited participant. Baldwin, who's coming off his most productive game of the year in Sunday's win against the Kansas City Chiefs where he matched a season-high seven catches for a 2018-high 126 yards and a touchdown, has also dealt with knee, groin, elbow, and hip injuries this year but managed to play through most of those setbacks, seeing action in 12 of the Seahawks' 15 regular-season games to date.

Sidelined for the second day in a row for Seattle were starting guards D.J. Fluker (hamstring) and J.R. Sweezy (foot), safety Bradley McDougald (knee), and defensive end Dion Jordan (knee). Safety Tedric Thompson (ankle) and defensive tackle Shamar Stephen (foot), meanwhile, were both limited participants Wednesday but also stayed sidelined Thursday.

A few more encouraging signs lie in the Seahawks' list of Thursday's full participants. Tackle Germain Ifedi (groin), running back Rashaad Penny (knee), linebackers K.J. Wright (knee) and Bobby Wagner (NIR) were all full-go Thursday alongside Clark and Reed. Both Wright and Wagner were limited Wednesday, while Ifedi and Penny were full participants for the second consecutive practice.
